冒健保局名義寄mail　值木馬盜萬件個資

1名41歲潘姓男子曾積欠10年健保費未繳，被健保局追討數萬元保費後心生不滿，冒健保局名義寄電子信，值入木馬程式盜萬件個資。警方17日循線逮捕潘男，訊後依妨害電腦使用罪移送法辦。

警方調查，潘男從網路、書籍上自學木馬程式編寫，最後改寫成「二代健保補充保險費扣繳辦法說明」夾帶木馬程式，不知情的民眾下載後中毒，潘男再利用被害人通訊錄廣發郵件，進而盜取更多個資，甚至鎖定了多家中小企業，警方估計已有上萬人受害。
