新手船務 疑問

我在一間貿易公司上班

最近工廠(中國)要出口(香港)一批貨
工廠的船務跟forwarder聯絡後
給了我船期

老闆要我跟forwarder連絡說什麼時候在哪裡有一批貨要出
要他去準備貨櫃

怎麼辦
我完全搞不懂我要做什麼
工廠的船務不就是和forwarder聯絡後才給我船期嗎?
那為什麼我又要跟forwarder聯絡?

請救救我
我接下來該做的事到底是什麼
