台大柏油路地面遭批 校方諾改善

內政部長李鴻源對陽明山馬槽區開發案要求低衝擊開發，例如設計透水性鋪面，並點名對國內「有最多專家」的台灣大學，校園內幾乎都是柏油路感到「非常有意見」；對此台大表示，學校已經注意到此事，新蓋的大樓都已以「低衝擊開發」為考量設計，舊的路面也會逐步改進。

台大主任秘書張培仁表示，台大校史悠久，校內過去確實都是以傳統柏油鋪面施工，包含校門口前的椰林大道至今都是柏油路面，不過新建築物已注意考慮到環保和節能問題，盡量採用透水磚，幫助雨水回收。

至於老舊的建築物和有大量車輛、行人使用的柏油道路，張培仁表示，要立即全面翻修較有困難，但未來整修時，會逐步慢慢改善。
