賣兇宅遭判，雖得易科但罰金從重計

對於購屋族來說，「凶宅」都會敬而遠之，不過，新北市一賴姓男子則專挑凶宅進行投資，賴以低價購入凶宅後，先找師公做法會，然後隱瞞凶宅的實情，在4個月內馬上轉手牟利，買主事後發現後提出告訴; 台北地院審理後，認定賴男涉犯詐欺罪，判他6月徒刑，雖得易科罰金，但法官提高罰金折算1日的標準，改採以2千元折算，換言之，賴因賣凶宅的易科罰金代價為36萬元。
