Mail server 設定問題

請問一下大家，最近剛架設好網站，有後台功能可以處理客戶詢價資料

也就是說當客戶在contact us頁面輸入完資料按確定之後，

可以將資料透過系統自動轉發到我們所設定的信箱，

(是透過gator260.hostgator.com傳送)

不過問題來了，

我們的網址和電子郵件信箱是同一個網域，

例如：
網址：www.test.com

Mail:OOO@test.com

但不曉得為甚麼自己公司的信箱都收不到系統轉寄的信，

但gmail和其他公司外的信箱都可以收到，

想請教一下大家是哪邊出了甚麼問題嗎?
