「公證婚比不上登記婚」　續娶竟變小三

台中一名羅姓男子上演「一夫二妻」戲碼，除了跟孫姓女子公證結婚，又與前妻繼續同居，後來還跟前妻復合辦理再婚登記。雖然羅男大享齊人之福，但「公證婚比不上登記婚」，害得孫姓女子淪為小三，被依妨害家庭判刑。

據《自由時報》報導，孫女說，知道羅與張女又重新登記結婚，她基於「女人何苦為難女人」，原準備與羅男分手。沒想到張女在去年8月間，接獲台中市政府「父母未就業家庭育兒津貼」通知書，才發現羅男戶口多了一個未滿周歲的男嬰，是同年3月30日由孫女所生，張女因此控告孫女妨害家庭。法官發現上情，認為孫女其情可憫，判孫女2月徒刑，但給予緩刑2年。可上訴。
