開發工銀將出清京華城持股

開發金控（2883）子公司開發工銀今天傍晚董事會決議，將出清轉投資事業京華城股份有限公司持股，總數共計12.6萬張，開發工銀預定於6月底前分批出售，不再繼續持有。

根據開發工銀內部估算，完成分批處分京華城持股後，將可產生處分利益約6,900多萬元。

開發工銀過去轉投資全台多個工商綜合區購物中心開發案，而轉投資京華城，與過去前國民黨大掌櫃劉泰英主掌開發時代，劉泰英本人與京華城所屬威京集團主席沈慶京的深厚交情，不無關係。

根據開發工銀資料，開發工銀與關係企業共持有京華城公司12.6萬張股票，持股比8.42%。
