涉貪公務員 不得領退休金

涉貪公務員在判刑確定前，領走大筆退休金卻無法追繳的漏洞，可望修法防堵。立法院今天審查「公務人員退休撫卹法」草案時，朝野立委對公務員涉貪防堵條款，有高度共識，原則通過初審，細節部分送院會朝野協商。
