關於同一地點超速罰單兩張

我根本就不知道有啊....那支是上個月新增的 限速四十 我騎53被開 第二次騎59也被開
現在收到罰單才知道有限速,
那罰單4月中拍的我五月底才收到 這麼慢我也來不及反應啊!!
並不是有照相機才要守規矩 沒有照相機就可以超速
就算是沒有照相機 你一樣 不可以騎超過40(速限)

就算照相機是上個月新增的 但是速限 總不會是上個月才設立的 老早就標示好了
速限就是時速40公里 不可以超過
