電腦問題爆PING

請問是否有高手能指點?

在家裡同一個網路 但就是我這台玩
CSO 會爆PING

已經排除的問題是:
1.非電信業
2.非中毒
3.非其他台下載東西
4.除了遊戲沒開任何程式

因為常爆P 很納悶 電腦也重灌了
所以小弟很懷疑是電腦的某部分出問題
但就是想不透是哪裡會造成爆P
不知道有沒有高手能指點小弟
電腦或主機板或哪個配件會造成爆PING的狀況?
或是重灌電腦時 所灌的程式有問題 例如網站上抓的網路卡等等..??
