貨車男吐口水噴臉　單車婦回吐被推傷

高雄一名吳姓貨車司機（64歲），本月中旬開車經過鳳山區保泰路時，對窗口外吐口水，不料一名吳姓婦人（63歲）騎腳踏車從對向騎過來，口水正好噴到吳婦，吳婦見吳男未停車，騎腳踏踏車追上去，因對方停紅燈，吳婦質問為何噴她口水，吳男說沒有，吳婦回敬2次口水，對吳男連吐2口水。
 
吳男開車門下車理會，推倒吳婦致雙腳擦傷扭傷，憤而提告，吳男辯稱，是開車門不小心撞到吳婦，非故意推倒，願和解賠償，但吳婦不願和解堅持提告，案由警方依傷害罪送辦。
