消基會呼籲問題業者要補償消費者

毒澱粉事件重演5年前三聚氰胺、塑化劑歷史，加上老字號企業義美也爆出「小泡芙」使用過期原料醜聞。消基會今天呼籲，這些問題食品業者都要具體補償消費者，也要求政府盡速透過立法追討業者不當得利。

近來食品安全問題再度連環爆，包括毒澱粉、義美食品使用過期原料，消基會批評義美只聲明接受，卻沒有提出具體補償辦法，呼籲義美、涉入毒澱粉風暴業者，立即公布消費者補償方案。
