家樂福女廁偷拍下體　色男起訴

蔡姓男子（26歲）於今年5月4日中午12時許，潛入台中市青海路上的家樂福地下室一樓美食街的女廁裡的一間廁所，趁一名劉姓女子如廁之際，拿起手機，從門板下方縫隙，由下往上錄影劉女裙底內褲、下體身體等部位；又劉女從廁所走出到洗手檯洗手，蔡又從門板內的上方往外，拍攝其洗手畫面，被劉女發現報警逮獲。

蔡男坦承不諱，且警方在守機內有查扣到偷拍畫面，台中檢方依妨害秘密罪起訴蔡男。
