SONY 手機 原廠保固問題~急

昨天買了一支空機~他說原廠保固一年~因是第一次購買原廠保手機當時已晚急著買回家因之前也有辦過那邊手機所以也相信他們~後來沒有看到盒身有貼保固貼紙~打給客服人員她們是說要看機身有13W XX
XX指的是第幾週~但是我拿到的是10週~換算是2月份的機~天ㄚ~現在是五月底耶~
這樣我就少保固了3個多月~客服人員是說可以憑發票!我該怎麼辦?
請店家補開發票?如果他不補開怎麼辦呢?花了一萬多ㄚ~不是小錢~

另外原廠保固有3個月的??是水貨?
我的他說是原廠一年~我要如豪知道自己的是多久的??
原廠保跟代理商保固差別在哪?哪個比較好呢??還是原廠保固貨源都是購物台退貨的??真的很怕是這樣耶!!
