男賣凶宅詐欺判半年　罕見罰金加倍

賴姓男子6年前買下板橋一處3樓房屋，4個月後就以625萬元賣掉，承購的紀性屋主事後覺得住得不平安，委託仲介賣屋才知曾有人在屋內燒炭自殺，賴還曾在屋內作法會。紀女認為賴男隱瞞凶宅，憤而告詐欺並求償。

賴男始終否認犯行，他辯稱，賣屋時並不知道曾有人在屋內燒炭自殺，也不曾請人到屋內作法會，是紀女買屋後，發生火災才藉故提告彌補損失。

台北地院根據代書及老鄰居等證詞，認為賴男早已知悉住處是凶宅，且售屋時價格也未低於市價，認定賴男詐欺，審酌賴不以誠實態度賣屋，至今又未與紀女和解，因此依詐欺罪判刑6月，還加倍以1天兩千元才准予易科罰金，共36萬元，全案可上訴。民事部分另案審理。
