封鎖侵權網站 親民黨籲別貿然修法

智慧財產局擬推動打擊網路侵權新措施，引發網友反彈，親民黨立院黨團總召李桐豪今天舉行記者會，質疑智財局打擊盜版的執法界線不明，「重大明顯侵權」的認定困難，且有封鎖網站有限制言論自由之嫌，呼籲智財局不要貿然修法，並要求智財局多開幾場公聽會，凝聚共識。
