揪眾打死角頭　楊謹華胞弟判無期

藝人楊謹華胞弟楊智堯，2004年間在北市士林夜市販賣盜版光碟時，與角頭洪新發起爭執，率眾將洪毆打致死後潛逃出境7年，去年6月1才自中國遣返回台歸案，並遭依殺人罪嫌起訴。

台北地院下午一審宣判，楊遭依殺人罪判處無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身。全案可上訴。
