檢方請衛生署對順丁烯二酸做定性

毒澱粉案件造成人心惶惶，許多產業受創，台南地檢署人員今天表示，外界質疑何以檢方沒有主動出擊並搜索，因為政府並未明令禁止或容許添加順丁烯二酸，在衛生署無法確定順丁烯二酸是毒物，構成「妨害衛生」之前，檢方如何搜索與查扣。
