剪電線掉手機　笨賊就擒

新竹縣彭姓男子（43歲，毒品前科）日前因缺錢，半夜到湖口鄉再興路，爬上電桿偷剪電線變賣牟利，台電公司人員隔天發現報警，遭剪走90公尺電線。

警方獲報，在現場地上找到一支手機，懷疑是竊嫌的，清查後發現是彭男妻子所有，平時由彭男使用，警因此鎖定彭男，查訪當地資源回收場，查出彭男確曾變賣銅線，鐵證如山，傳他到案坦承行竊，昨依竊盜罪嫌函送檢方。
