毒澱粉事件 泰山：提高罪則

毒澱粉事件延燒，老牌食品大廠泰山企業董事長詹岳霖表示，不影響產品銷售，但期許民間廠商要自主管理，做好食品安全，並提高不法商人的罪責。

泰山今天發表飲料新品「仙草蜜茶」，詹岳霖在會後與媒體談話時，發表上述看法。

詹岳霖說，泰山使用的原料及設備都是食品級，毒澱粉事件並沒有影響產品銷售。

對於食品安全，詹岳霖認為，政府做得很積極，但法規可以再嚴格一點，特別是針對中小企業食用產品的把關，同時罪責要提高，用不當所得的倍數去罰。

他說，民間廠商要做好食品安全自主管理，分擔政府的壓力。
