立委：資源配置不當 傷台灣外交

全球興起學習華語的熱潮，民進黨立委段宜康今天受訪時指出，教育部委託各大專院校在各國設立的「臺灣教育中心」問題不斷，導致許多國外大學不滿，甚至寫信給教育部和某承辦私校，切斷與台灣交流。段宜康認為，各部會本位主義嚴重，資源重複配置，不僅造成浪費，也傷害台灣外交形象，應由更高層級的單位，如國安會統籌。
