Sony Ericsson LT26ii 更新系統後記憶體

我的手機是Sony Ericsson LT26ii
今天電腦幫我自動更新系統後
我的記憶空間全消失不見
點相簿它說記憶體已被卸除
連接電腦
顯示內部空間為0
可是Sony Ericsson LT26ii也沒有擴充記憶卡的功能
本來26G的記憶體剩下不到1G
手機裡本來的資料也都不見了

重點是昨天我才備份過資料
結果今天想要復原時
它卻顯示吳備份紀錄

請問我該怎麼把記憶體救回來
還是我只能拿去修了???
