中印出口冷凍蝦 美設關稅

美國商務部29日宣布，對中國、印度、馬來西亞、泰國和越南出口的冷凍蝦，祭出最高近63%的反補貼關稅。

商務部初步裁定，對中國冷凍蝦課5.76%反補貼稅；印度冷凍蝦最高課徵11.32%；泰國最高課2.09%；越南最高7.05%，馬來西亞則是62.74%。

這五國去年共出口25.8萬噸、價值23億美元的冷凍蝦到美國。他們的出口產品幾年前就已被課反傾銷稅。

當局判定，另外兩個養殖與野生蝦子出口大國印尼與厄瓜多，沒有提供業者大筆補貼，因此不課徵反補貼稅。

美國將於9月底檢討這項初步裁決，並做出最終決定。
