南投強震／〈快訊〉除集集線外　台鐵16:00起全線恢復正常

根據最新消息，除了集集線，也就是集集到車埕路段，因為路樹倒塌及落石掉落導致無法通行，改由公車接駁、緊急搶修之外，下午4點起全線恢復正常行駛，總計影響列車54列，旅客20200人。
