十幾年的冷氣溫度感應壞了一直運轉

我家的冷氣溫度控制壞了，調至30度就是冷得要命，有請師父來看，因為是十年以上的機子也沒法修，請問一直讓它運轉會很耗電嗎？還是感覺太冷就轉送風，熱了再轉為冷氣？哪種方式省電？謝謝
