闖關失敗　證所稅修法延至臨時會

立法院昨天是本會期最後1天，新版證所稅修法拿掉8500點天險，因民進黨團堅持總統馬英九應為證所稅反覆修法道歉、財政部長張盛和下台負責，拒絕配合修法，朝野協商無共識，該案將延至本月臨時會處理。

立院財委會初審通過的《所得稅法》部分條文修正草案明訂，證所稅取消8500點天險，散戶免徵；2015年後售出股票超過10億元大戶，僅針對超過10億部分課千分之一證所稅，修法後，實施時效回溯到今年1月1日。

立法院本會期昨仍因民進黨反對，無法完成證所稅拿掉8500點鍋蓋的修法。中央社
