請問被封鎖後還可以傳圖片給他嗎？他收的到嗎？

我知道傳給對方
若他一直沒出現已讀就代表封鎖了！
而且聽說封鎖也無法傳圖片給他！
但我現在是封鎖了，卻還可以傳圖片給他？我不知道他到底是有沒有封鎖我？搞不懂？！還是他只是故意沒看信呢？還是說他把我隱藏呢？
請問封鎖後，傳圖出去，它會寫說對方收不到該禮物嗎？是這樣嗎？

可是我現在是覺得對方封鎖我了，因為他都沒出現已讀
但我為什麼圖片還是可以照傳，也沒顯示說對方無法接收啊！
那他到底是有沒有把我封鎖啊？我搞不懂？！
