新日光股東會 台達電取得2席董事

　太陽能電池廠新日光（3576）今天舉行股東會，台達電如市場預期取得2席董事席次。

　台達子公司旺能於今年5月31日與新日正式合併，台達電表示，合併後，新日光為存續公司，合併名稱為「新日光能源科技股份有限公司」。

　台達電未來將持有新日光106,921,386股，占新日光已發行股分總額17%，並取得2席董事席位。
