I7 860該升級還是砍掉重練!!

現在配備如下:
CPU:I7 860
主機板:P7P55D-E
記憶體:4G金士頓(系統32BIT只顯示3G左右)
顯示卡:8600GT
硬碟:500G*2
作業系統:WIN7 32BIT

平常使用沒甚麼大問題,
就是開機變久了,開程式久了點,
開機第一次開遊覽器有時會當不然就是開很久.
之後想玩些遊戲(LOL,星海爭霸之類),
有時需要同時開啟數個程式(現在開太多時會卡頓),
(影片.照片.遊覽器.都需要同時開很多視窗)

如果升級以下
作業系統>>WIN7 64BIT(OR WIN8)
顯示卡:尚未決定(請推薦)
記憶體:插到滿(原本這塊主機板不知道支援到多少)
硬碟:SSD??還是多裝顆新的高速HDD

很久沒時間研究電腦的東西了,
不知道是否值得升級,還是砍掉重組一台!!
