遊戲橘子公司關閉遊戲所須負擔的責任

請問如果是知名的遊戲橘子公司要關閉遊戲
須賠償玩家帳號裝備及花費累積金額的責任嗎?
如果遊戲公司說要賠償但是賠償之物品是他公司旗下經營的另一款遊戲
之極微毫無價值的裝備序號賠償 請問他有違法嗎?
遊戲公司還需要負責其他賠償責任嗎?

我對這個遊戲花費了7.8w的點數(依遊戲橘子點數累計消費系統)
雖然有一段時間所消費的金額都沒有被加進去,當時遊戲公司也是
默默的帶過(沒做處理),我對於這公司他所要關閉的這款百變恰吉
遊戲之補償極為不滿,求大家給個公道吧!!
