冷氣遙控器電池問題

我去年11月有開冷氣，之後就沒了，到今天都要開時，發現電池之前忘了拔，裡面那個湯汁都流出來，而且黑黑乾乾的，有一格連彈簧都乾到脫落了，現在該怎麼辦?拿去電器行修理嗎?可以修嗎?因為房東很龜毛，想在他發現之前修好，拜託~~~如果無法修，要再去哪裡找一個新的遙控器阿??
