如果合約上沒有任何防護條款,載明驗收條件(或案圖施工)等,,,最終結果是"您必須付款"~

沒有合約條款的保護,在法律基礎上,只能以最低標準的"民法"去規範,結果頂多是"瑕疵"(並未到"不堪使用"的地步),因此,您也不能以此拒付尾款~

真替您感到婉惜........

建議您可以試著找"消保官'去協商吧!

消保法的角度也許能讓您減低損失~
