築防護網 基港海難演練

年度全國海難災害防救演練觀摩於三十一日在基隆港東三、四號碼頭聯合舉行，由十五個單位，約二百人次參演，共同致力維護港區環境，關懷海洋保護，藉演習期各單位均能熟練緊急應變能力，為基隆港區海域築起一道最強而有力防護網。

於海難救助及消防滅火（見圖）階段，有效執行各項海難災害防救工作，充分運用相關資源整合，發揮整體救災能力綜效，共同維護港區安全。
