法務部認定顏清標適用新法免刑

法務部今天認定前立委顏清標適用修正後的會計法除罪條文，將於總統公布施行新法起的第3日零時獲釋。其他服刑中的類似個案民意代表是否適用除罪條文，法務部已令各地檢署逐一清查判決書，再回報人數。

法務部昨表示，顏清標是指標性人物，廣為外界關心是否適用會計法新修正的除罪條款，因此昨天檢察司先討論顏清標的涉案情節，釐清顏判決有罪確定的犯行，無法一一清查其他服刑中的民意代表，例如被判刑3年6月的前台中縣副議長張清堂、7年6月的台中市前議長張廖貴專等人。
