虎德堡濫射案凶嫌將自己辯護

美國德州虎德堡陸軍基地槍擊案五日開始選舉陪審團，軍事法官歐斯本上校三日裁定，兇嫌哈山少校可在未來的審判中，自行替自己辯護。哈山的辯護律師仍將在場，但唯有哈山請求才會出面協助。醫生三日表示哈山下半身的癱瘓，並不影響辯護能力。心理醫生哈山行凶時遭警開槍制伏，腰部以下因此癱瘓。（美聯社）
