綠能擬私募4.5億元

太陽能矽晶片大廠綠能（3519）今（3）

日召開董事會，會中通過綠能辦理今年第一次私募，預計將發行新股22,277仟股普通股，私募金額約新台幣4.5億元。

綠能表示，為充實營運資金，提升營運效能，同時鞏固供應鏈合作及永續發展，計畫在今年以分次私募方式，發行總額不超過100,000仟股普通股。首次私募將由大同集團相關企業先行認募，以彰顯集團對綠能科技營運的信心與支持。

綠能強調，太陽能產業在沉潛數季之後，近來已逐漸顯現轉機。綠能以高效率品牌拉開低階品牌競爭，不但獲得高階市場信賴，並深化國際大廠策略合作，已逐步達到擴大終端出海口與全球市佔率目標，成為國際前三大晶片廠商，穩居產業領導地位。
