2013年冷氣政府補助日期與金額?

各位大大您們好，我們家最近買了三菱變頻冷氣，所以想請問您們幾個問題？

1.政府的節源碳補助日期<冷氣>到甚麼時候呢？我有查過，不過都查不到。我家是今天才買冷氣，不曉得有沒有超過這政府補助期限。

2.倘若冷氣有節源標章，那該如何提出申請補助呢？一等.二等的節源標章又是各補助多少呢？

3.燦坤跟全國有打出到九月底都有節源減碳的補助兩千塊現金，這補助兩千塊是直接在商品價格就有扣除了，還是說我們還要跟政府提出申請呢？

真的很需要大大們不吝嗇的解答，謝謝您們
