立委批：朝野協商強化黨鞭權力

會計法三讀過關引發外界討論，對於這種朝野共識的分贓制度也有諸多批評。國民黨立委丁守中批評，根本就該廢除，朝野協商剝奪一般立委的權力，獨大了黨鞭和國會議長。

丁守中說，他每每提案要求恢復國會警察權，都遭民進黨阻擋，並遭批這是警察國家才有的做法，但是，世界各國都有國會警察，就是為了避免小黨杯葛議事，維持議場正常運作。

丁守中指出，他多次提案修改立法委員職權行使法，要求恢復國會警察權，但是相關法案送到委員會都無法審查，就是民進黨在阻擋。
