關於檔案強制刪除!!(急)

我之前有一個遊戲刪除後他的資料夾卻刪不掉!!
然後我去用一個程式(UnLock IT)試試看
後來好像是跟一個叫做(winlo gon.exe)的綁在一起
後來在用UnLock IT把它解鎖後刪除
我很開心得關機鬆了一口氣!
後來開機檢查 又發現那個資料夾又復活了!!!
這是捨麼狀況?
我用UnLock IT試了好幾次重開機都會復活
我用UnLock IT把它解所 工作管理員裡面才會出現(winlo gon.exe)
這樣會影響到捨麼嗎?
誰能澆我怎樣把他搞定
我是中毒嗎???
