少年假冒檢察官　騙男176萬落網

伍姓男子5月28日接到電話，自稱是台北地方法院檢察署檢察官，指其身分證與銀行帳戶遭他人冒用，銀行帳戶金額要凍結，須由檢方代保管等理由，致伍男相信該歹徒，當天下午一時許，當場面交詐欺歹徒88萬元，詐欺歹徒食髓知味後，又於同一日再電話騙取被害人信任，於同日下午3時許，騙取被害人又面交88萬元，被害人被二次詐騙後，驚醒認為其已被詐欺集團詐騙176萬元，向警方報案。

警方昨天得知該詐欺集團成員出現在林園區沿海路一帶，埋伏守候查獲3名嫌犯，其中2人未成年，並起出偽造「臺灣臺北地方法院檢察署印」。
