安倍承諾320億美元援非洲

為了和中國競爭非洲的資源、市場和影響力，日本首相安倍晉三1日在東京「非洲發展國際會議」宣布五年內以3兆2000億日圓 (320億美元，台幣9600億元)援助非洲的公部門和私部門。日本主要需要非洲的天然氣和石油，以及稀土。東京的非洲發展國際會議1993年以來每五年舉行一次，本屆首度將非洲視為經濟夥伴，不只是受援國。
