特別費除罪化 扁又傳企圖自殺

前總統陳水扁昨天晚間被台中監獄發現，意圖以毛巾自戕，幸好獄方及時發覺，立即阻止，經醫護人員檢視後，陳水扁的身體尚無重大異狀。

矯正署指出，陳水扁近日因申請重新入民進黨不順，加上媒體報導立院三讀通過特別費及教授研究費除罪化，引發陳水扁認為喝花酒可以除罪，為什麼當總統以國務費拼外交不能除罪，所以昨晚九點多企圖以毛巾自戕，表達強烈不滿。
