會計法修正 蔣偉寧樂見

立法院昨夜火速通過會計法修正案，讓涉嫌以假發票詐領公款的教授得以除罪化。對此教育部長蔣偉寧說，樂見會計法修正，能給「公款公用」的教授再一次機會，持續為了學術研究與教學付出。但如果是「公款私用」的教授，他認為依舊得接受法律制裁。
