統一預付卡攜碼至中華

之前申請統一預付卡門號攜碼至中華電信，

窗口小姐說五號開通，但要先去儲240元攜碼費用，

我想我的餘額還有剩，就沒去儲值，

後來同事說統一攜碼要去繳攜碼費

(一般儲值是722按1按1，但攜碼是要722按1按2)

因為正在上班(六月四日)，所以想晚上下班再去儲，

但下午時突然收到簡訊說:
行動電話移入中華電信案件，因攜碼費用未繳清，拒絕移出。

我當天一下班就趕緊跑去儲值了，

請問這樣還需要重新辦理嗎?還是等時間到他還會再開通?

(因為預定開卡時間是五號，但他簡訊是四號就發送了)
