台股：外資趨保守退場先觀望

根據彭博資料統計至5月31日，外資雖已連續二周賣超台股，但由於先前外資大買，就5月份來看，台股仍以21億美元（約新台幣630億元）的買超金額，奪下5月亞股吸金之冠。

摩根台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒指出，近期國內、外利空消息干擾斷，例如熱錢大舉撤出風險市場、證所稅修正案受阻等，導致外資看法趨於保守，暫時先退場觀望。

全球股市動盪，拖累台股跌破短中期均線，短線走勢偏弱，但葉鴻儒認為，大盤月、季、年線向上格局未變，雖短線拉回修正，但無礙長線偏多格局，以目前來看，大盤下檔支撐可留意季線與半年線位置。
