請教一下各位日文很好的大大：

以下的幾「三句」中文要如何翻成日文

Q太郎：恐れ入りますが、少しお時間をいただけませんでしょうか。

上司：お—、 Q太郎君、いいけど、どうした?

Q太郎：我岳父最近幫我買了一棟房子。
他原以為環境比較清幽，可以遠離塵囂，卻沒去想到，離公司還蠻遠的。(這句話要怎麼帶入「～たかと思ったら」)

Q太郎：雖說這房子還蠻氣派的，各方面都還算不錯啦，但交通上來講就是有點不方便。(這句話要怎麼帶入「わりには」)
