誘睹套圈圈詐騙　詐騙慣犯十人收押

彰化員林警分局上月30日破獲1個以2名男子許姓（52歲）、洪姓（46歲）為首的詐騙集團，逮捕許嫌等10名成員；法官認為，他們是常業詐騙慣犯，有再犯之虞，裁定10嫌全收押。

檢警調查，該集團流竄在彰化縣、台中市等地的傳統市場旁或大馬路邊，先以低價衛生紙或玩具吸引路人注意，再演戲誘使民眾玩套圈對賭的手法行騙，犯案時間約有半年之久。檢察官葉柏岳複訊後，以許嫌等有再犯之虞，10人全聲押。
