假設崩盤會怎麼開始?

說好只是假設，有興趣的人再討論，
買了房的投客或者房仲就不用酸來酸去了。

最近連央行都已經開始警告國人小心房地產泡沫，
而銀行裡的放款也有一大半來自房貸，
這是很危險的現象。

現在也面臨了漲不上去的狀況，
我想討論的是，經濟學高手們認為，
開始崩的點是哪個環節?

1.銀行

2.建商倒閉

3.周轉不來的投客

4.世界性的金融海嘯

要造成"崩"，勢必要很強大的力量，
如果只是慢慢下滑，應該談不上崩。

像是底特律或者冰島那種政府宣告破產，
才是真的"崩"。

台灣會有破產這一天嗎?看多的人別太嘴硬，
最近政府惡搞的程度絕非表面上這樣而已...
