既然 Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 都有 7 吋和 10.1 吋兩個版本了，那 Galaxy Tab 3 又怎會只有之前現身的 7 吋版本呢 -- 上圖這兩部就是 8 吋和 10 吋版本的 Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 了，可以看得出其外觀設計和 Galaxy S 4 等手機如出一轍，而規格方面，8 吋版本的解像度為 1,280 x 800，使用 1.5GHz 雙核心處理器（製造商不明）、1.5GB RAM、16 / 32GB 儲存（支援最高 64GB microSD）、500 / 130 萬像素主副相機和 4,450mAh 電池等，而系統方面使用 Android 4.2 搭自家 TouchWiz 是一定的了。連線方面，其將提供雙頻 Wi-Fi、3G HSPA+ 和 4G LTE 三個版本。

10.1 吋 Galaxy Tab 3 的螢幕解像度跟 8 吋的版本一樣，但主相機規格就降至 300 萬像素（副相機不變），而處理器跟據路透社的消息，就是由 Intel 生產的 1.6GHz 雙核心型號；可惜的是其 RAM 只有 1GB，不過除了這個以外，不論是儲存容量、microSD 支援、軟體和連線選項等等都和 8 吋的版本一樣，電池方面則加大至 6,800mAh。根據官方公佈，兩機都將會在六月初推出（現在就是了啊...），售價則沒有消息。
