學者：會計法爭議可用法律解釋補足

會計法修法爆出爭議，政大法律系副教授楊雲驊說，會計法修法雖然漏掉「教」字，但從學理上看，這是立法院無意的錯誤，在法學理論上可以用法律解釋方法把錯誤補充起來；條文中後面接著學術機構研究人員，他們在執行政府的研究計畫委託案，屬可免責範圍，因此大學教授在執行政府機關委託案時，沒有理由用此原因，讓學術機構研究人員跟大學教授不一樣，否則違反憲法平等原則。
